Joe received the Bachelor of Arts from Mid-American Christian University, the M.Min., M.A., and M.Div. from Anderson School of Theology, and the Doctor of Education from University of San Diego. Joe has served the church in a variety of roles: missionary, educator, administrator, pastor, and evangelist. Joe is an Associate Professor in the Church Ministries Department and he is the President/Executive Director of the H.E.A.R.T. Missionary Training Institute.
