"Mac" was one of the founders of Warner Southern. He serves as Assistant to the President and Professor. As Professor, he is teaching homiletics, evangelism, and co-leading ministry interns. He is also consultant-mentor to the new distance education program for ministry. He holds undergraduate degrees from Vincennes University and Anderson University. His M.A. degree is in Rehab Counseling from University of South Florida. He also holds a S.T.M. in Clinical Pastoral Education from University of Dubuque. His S.T.D. (Doctor of Sacred Theology) is from Emory University. "Mac" has been a pastor, builder, educator, counselor, and singer. His ministry focus has been on church renewal and new church planting.
