Teacher Education

General Education Requirements

Students in the Teacher Education program have the same general education requirements as other majors with the following additions and/or specific courses:

Science: 3 additional credits for a total of 9 credits;
Mathmatics: 3 additional credits for a total of 9 credits;
Cultural/Historical Perspectives: 3 credits of U.S. History, 3 credits of Fine Arts, 3 credits of Literature for a total of 9 credits; and
Social Science: 3 credits of Introduction to Psychology.
