Criteria for Admissions

When you’re ready to move ahead, we’re ready to hear from you. Follow these basic steps to prepare your place at Warner University.


Review what’s needed before you apply.

Freshman Admission Process

Starting March 23, 2020,  Due to  COVID-19 and health concerns related to that and with the ACT/SAT testing centers are closing or closed. Warner Admissions is now accepting a combination of the three items below for Admissions to Warner University.

  1. Graduation from high school with academic rank in the upper half of their graduating class
  2. A high school grade point average of 2.25 or higher
  3. A composite score on the ACT of 18 or combined SAT I score of 940

Please give our office a call at 1-863-638-7212 if you have questions or concerns about your transcripts or test scores. 

Applicants must submit the following to the Admissions Office:

  • A completed Admissions Application with a non-refundable application fee of $20.00
  • ACT or SAT Scores
  • A final copy of your high school student transcript. The admission decision will probably be made on a transcript that does not have the complete senior year. But a final transcript with the complete record is needed for enrollmen


Once accepted, the following must be submitted

  • A $100.00 Confirmation Deposit (non-refundable) to confirm the intention to enroll and secure housing
  • A Housing Survey
    • Traditional students are required to live in on-campus housing at Warner unless they meet at least one of the following requirements and required to complete the Off-Campus Housing Application
      • Living in the home of a parent or guardian within 50 miles of campus
      • At least 23 years old
      • Married or the custodial parent of a child
      • 5th-year Senior
  • Health Forms (Must be submitted to before moving on campus)
  • Athletic Participation Forms (For Recruited Athletes Only)
Transfer Student Admissions Process

A transfer applicant is a degree-seeking student who has earned a minimum of 24 semester hours of transferable credit at another post-secondary institution. Those with fewer than 24 hours are subject to freshman entrance requirements. The transfer applicant must be in good academic standing without disciplinary problems at the last college or university attended and must have at least a 2.00 cumulative GPA. As a condition for admission, the applicant must submit official transcripts from each college and university attended. All grades will be accepted on transfer to Warner University, but there is a limit on the number of D grades that can apply to the completion of the degree. Applicants should consult with their admissions counselor for information specific to their areas of interest. The Admissions Office will consider applications only after the following steps are completed:

  • A completed Admissions Application with a non-refundable application fee of $20.00
  • Official transcript(s) from each college or university attended
