New Student Orientation:
First, we bring you to our turf, Lake Wales, Florida, at our expense. You’ll spend three days with your classmates: meeting your professors,
overviewing course work, getting introduced to our computer-based instructional tools, and charting a solid plan for your educational future.
These three days of course registration, computer training and beginning classes will lay the foundation for your academic success.
Consistent Online Interaction:
You will have weekly interaction with professors and peers through lectures and questions posted on the Warner Web Board; you’ll have access to professors via email; you’ll be active in chat rooms and/or on conference calls. Students report that they often invest twenty to thirty hours a week in their classes. These hours are divided between reading, posting responses and completing assignments.
Special Ministry Enrichment Experiences:
Each year, the School of Ministry sponsors a three day ministry enrichment conference titled "Servus Innovatus" (Renewing Servant Leaders). Students in the online church ministry program attend free of charge. We even cover your room and board. Students are required to attend at least two of these events during their program.
Watchful Mentoring:
Our Mentoring Coordinator will give you personal guidance with spiritual formation issues as well as help you select a local mentor who will serve you during your course of study. This mentoring program insures your continued development of a flourishing support system for both personal spiritual enrichment and ministry enhancement while you complete your studies with Warner’s Online Church Ministry program.
