Faculty Orders

NOTE: This form is for Warner Southern College Faculty ONLY

How to download, open, and save the Textbook Adoption Form:

1. Right click with your mouse the following link:
   ../bookstore/bookorder.doc
2. Click the "Save Target As" menu option
3. Save the file to a location on your computer that you will remember easily.
4. Open Microsoft Word
5. Open the file that you just saved to your computer (Control + O)
6. Fill in each of the form fields completely
7. Save the file (Control + S)

How to send the Textbook Adoption Form to the Bookstore:

• Send the form via an e-mail attachment to bookstore@warner.edu or
• Print the form and send via campus mail to the bookstore or
• Print and mail the form to:
