Warner University congratulates Connie Zhang for receiving the Clay Ford Scholarship from the Florid a Department of Business & Professional Regulation.
Mrs. Zhang immigrated to the United States from China approximately 10 years ago to pursue her dream of becoming a CPA. She graduated from Warner University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and is currently enrolled in Warner’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Accounting concentration program, and plans to sit for the CPA exam within the next year. Connie has been employed part-time for the past two years at Bunting, Tripp & Ingley LLC CPA’s. Warner’s MBA – Accounting program utilizes both online and on-campus classes, which allows flexibility in putting together a program of study.
The Clay Ford Scholarship is for minorities and women of any ethnicity. To qualify for this scholarship, Mrs. Zhang had to be a full-time student studying accounting at a Florida institution. Applicants also had to be in good academic standing, demonstrate financial need, and be a Florida resident.
