Article VIII: Amendment

The board shall have the power to alter, amend or repeal these Bylaws, oradopt new Bylaws by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the duly elected and qualifieddirectors of the chapter, provided that the Bylaws at no time shall contain any provisions inconsistent with the Covenant, the Articles of Association, the rules and regulations of the college and any applicable governmental law, rule or regulation, including Section 501 (c)(3) of the Code.
