Each professional degree program is designed to prepare students for managerial and leadership roles, giving them a competitive advantage in the workplace. Professional peers make up the small class sizes, allowing for discussion and debate between students and faculty, and creating an enhanced learning environment.
Business Education with a Christian Perspective
Warner University is a Christian institution, and the MBA courses reflect its Christian world view. A focal point of the program is a two-hour course called Business Ethics From a Christian Perspective. "Students examine how someone with Christian beliefs would act and react in various business situations," Dr. Wiseman explains. "We stress a business ethic that is above what students might receive at a secular institution."The capstone course taken by all students at the end of the program examines broad-based issues from the same Christian perspective.
Consistent with the college's mission, all students, faculty and staff have opportunities to participate in service projects within the community, as their schedules permit.
Small Classes, Highly Qualified Faculty
MBA students at Warner University enjoy small classes that promote discussion and debate between students and faculty. Many full-time students also appreciate the fact that those who enroll at the same time go through the program together, taking the same courses in sequence. All students benefit from the combined expertise of highly qualified faculty who have earned doctoral degrees in their areas of expertise. They enjoy new, modern resource and student centers, both equipped with computer labs for student use. "Many of our library resources are available online for our students," Dr.Wiseman notes. "In fact, the entire card catalog for our library is searchable online."
