Master of Arts in Education (M.A.Ed.)
The Master of Arts in Education Degree Program is for working professionals in the field of education. It prepares classroom teachers for curricular leadership. The class schedules are convenient for working adults and the course loads are manageable.Classes are offered at the Lake Wales campus.

- Advanced Curriculum and Instructional Design
- Research Design and Professional Writing
- Advanced Classroom Management
- Educational Psychology
- Advanced Educational Assessment and Evaluation
- Thesis or Action Research Project
Admission Requirements:
- Baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited educational institution
- Minimum of 3.0 Grade Point Average (GPA) from the most recent degree completion program or from the last 60 hours of the undergraduate degree
- Documented Teacher Certification (Florida or another U.S. state) preferred
- Combined (Verbal & Quantitative) Test Score of 850 on the Graduate Record Examination (GRE). A score of 363 from the Millers Analogies Test (MAT) may be substituted for the GRE
- Two written character references and recommendations reflecting the ability to perform at the graduate level
- Completion of two written essays limited to one printed page each. These essays ask the student to reflect on their desire to pursue a Master Degree in education, to examine their call to teach and the relationship of this calling to the teaching profession and the mission statement of Warner University
- Full-time or part-time teaching position or evidence of willingness and commitment to field experiences in the classroom
- If English is not the student's primary language, submit an official score from the TOEFL exam of 550 or higher.
