NetLibrary eBooks
Description: NetLibrary eBooks are digital full-text versions of books such as reference works, scholarly monographs, literature and fiction, and 3,400 publicly-accessible titles.

Please Read the Following Information Before Accessing the NetLibary eBook Collection:

Creating a Free Account
You can create an account by clicking on the Create a Free Account link in the top-right navigation. You must have an account to checkout or download a full-text eContent title…. If you attempt to access a feature that requires an account, you are prompted to login to your account. If you do not see the Create a Free Account link, or if you have difficulty accessing your library’s eContent, you need to contact your librarian. Some libraries require you to create your account at the library.

Checkout for ... Hours
Checks out the full-text eContent title to your account and allows you to exclusively view the title for a defined period of time – One Day. You must be logged into your account. Your library determines the checkout period. This feature is not available in some libraries. Only available for full-text eContent.

All Copies in Use
If you see the message “All copies are in use,” it means that other users are viewing all the full-text eContent copies of the title that your library owns. You can view the Table of Contents for the full-text eContent title and you can choose to be notified by email when a copy of the title becomes available. This message only applies to full-text eContent titles.

Unavailable to Account
If you see the message “Unavailable to Account,” it means that your library has not purchased that particular eContent title and you do not have access to the title. If you want your library to add the item to their eContent collection, please make the recommendation to your librarian. Search Results also indicate if your library does not own the particular eContent by placing an asterisk (*) to the left of the title. If you do not want to see eContent that is not available in your library’s eContent collection, modify your Account Preferences. You must be logged into your free account. Click on the “Edit My Account” link. Deselect the “Items not available from your library” in the Account Preferences box under the Search section. Click the “Save Changes” button to save the change.
