The exam that you are about to complete is required of ALL students requesting to take an online course.

Directions:

1. Click the link below to open the exam in a new browser window.
2. Type in your personal information into the boxes at the top of the exam.
3. Choose the correct answer below each question by clicking the appropriate circle.
4. Total exam time is 60 minutes to complete the personal information and 40 questions.
5. Push the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to send your exam for grading.

STUDENT CLASSIFICATION INFORMATION:

You must enter into the box whether you are a Traditional, Organizational Management, or OCMD student. Failure to enter one of those choices will invalidate your exam results.

Once we have received and graded the exam, an admissions counselor will contact you with any further instructions. Attendance at a half day Computer Proficiency Workshop WILL BE REQUIRED if you fail to pass the exam. Passing score is 70% or higher.
