All keys issued to you are YOUR responsibility. They are NOT to be duplicated, loaned out, or transferred between persons. The security of college buildings, property, equipment, and records depends on the proper use of your keys. The carelessness of one employee can result in the breakdown of the whole security system. Any employee terminated must return his/her keys to his/her supervisor. His/her final payroll check will be held until keys are returned.
