Earning Additional Academic Credit: Examination

Additional college credit may be earned by examination. This is not part of the PLA process but provides an opportunity to earn college credit outside of the classroom.

College Level Examination Program (CLEP)

Earning satisfactory scores through the College Level Examination Program (CLEP) is the most common method. You can find more information about CLEP at http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/clep/about.html.

Dantes

Earning satisfactory credit through The DSST Program made available by The Chauncey Group International (Dantes). You can find more information about Dantes at http://www.getcollegecredit.com/.
