FAQ: Where’s my diploma? Can I get a replacement?

Degrees are posted at the end of the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters. Graduates do not receive the diploma and have the degree posted to their transcript until all course work has been completed and entered into the official transcript, until all clearances have been made, and until the Registrar posts the degree on the transcript. Diplomas are then mailed to graduates.

Students may request a duplicate or replacement diploma by filling out the proper form. The Duplicate|Replacement Diploma Form can be obtained from the Office of the Registrar. The fee for a Duplicate|Replacement Diploma is $25.00 per diploma. Checks are to be made payable to Warner Southern College. Please allow two or three months for delivery of the new diploma.
