1. Select Tools > Account Settings
2. Choose "New.."
3. Choose the default of "Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP.
4. Click the checkbox for "Manually configure server settings or additional server types. (This will gray out the options above the checkbox.) Then click Next.
5. Choose "Internet E-mail" and click Next.
6. Enter your name and e-mail address. Then enter the server information:
7. Once you click More Settings, a window will appear. Click on the Outgoing Server tab of that window. Check the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Then click the "Log on using" button and enter your mail User Name and Password again. (Remember that your User Name is the first part of your e-mail address - the part before the @ symbol in your e-mail address. Also remember to check the box to "Remember Password."

8. Click on the Advanced tab. Then change the following to read:
9. Click Next and then Finish. Your e-mail setup for Outlook 2007 is now complete.
