You can access your e-mail several ways

1. Log onto the webmail interface (http://mail.go.warner.edu) and view your e-mail using your internet browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.)
   • The following Web browsers are supported by Exchange Control Panel:
   • Windows Internet Explorer 7 and later versions
     
   • Mozilla Firefox 2.0 and later versions
   • Safari 2.0 and later versions
• o make sure that Exchange Control Panel functions correctly, verify the following settings on all supported Web browsers:
  • The Web browser must allow session cookies. Session cookies are also known as transient cookies.
    
  • The Web browser must have JavaScript enabled.
    
  • The Web browser must allow new windows to be opened. Pop-up blocker settings in the Web browser or third-party pop-up blocker applications may prevent the Web browser from opening new windows.
    
2. Set up an e-mail program on your computer to check your mail for you as shown in the instructions below (using POP or IMAP)
• Thunderbird
• Entourage for MAC OS X
• Outlook Express/Outlook 2002 and older
• Windows Mail
• Outlook 2003
• Outlook 2007
3. Your Windows Mobile Device that supports Exchange ActiveSync (including Windows Mobile 5.0 and 6.0)
4. Your Apple iPhone
5. Your mobile device that uses POP3 or IMAP

For experienced users, the following is all you need to set up your POP or IMAP client.

• userID: your full e-mail address
• Incoming Server:
  • for POP use pop.exchangelabs.com
  • for IMAP use imap.exchangelabs.com
• Outgoing Server:
  • smtp.exchangelabs.com
• Outgoing server requires authentication (can use same settings as incoming server)
• Encryption
  • POP port = 995, use SSL
  • SMTP use SSL or TLS (you may have to keep your SMTP port at 25)

To change your password or view detailed account settings, go to https://account.live.com.
You will need to login first, then you will be able to change your password.
