Connect Apple iPhone to Exchange Labs

Prerequisites

This procedure shows you how to set up your Apple iPhone to connect to Exchange Labs by using POP3 or IMAP4 connectivity. All iPhone firmware updates work with these instructions.

To access Exchange Labs, you must have the Windows Live ID that your administrator gave you to use with Exchange Labs and your password. The Windows Live ID is also your e-mail address and includes the name of the domain, like you@yourdomain.com.

You may have to set SSL to ON, then OFF, and then back to ON several times if you have problems connecting.

  1. On the home screen, select Settings, and then select Mail.
  2. Select Add Account.
