In order to provide the Warner Southern College Community with the best possible web services, web pages in the "www.warner.edu" domain need to convey current and accurate information. It is the responsibility of the administrative and academic offices, staff, organizations, or individuals (i.e. the Owners), who provides content to submit updates to the Web Administrator with current information for the web site.

The Owner should review web pages at least twice a year (summer and winter), preferably on a more frequent basis.

  • If a file has not been updated in the past 12 months, an email will be sent to the appropriate Owner of the file requesting that the file be reviewed for accuracy.
  • If there is no response to the email or no action is taken with the file within 14 days, a second email will be sent to the Dean, Director, Chair, or other person in charge of the department or organization.
  • The Web Administrator may remove from web pages in the "www.warner.edu" domain links to external sites that contain out-of-date information after notifying the web page owner.
All new web projects and updates MUST be approved by the department chair, dean, or Vice President of Advancement. No updates, or new page creation. will take place without the the appropriate approval. This policy also applies to any updates, or additions, to the online event calendar.
