LIVING ON CAMPUS

Living on campus at Warner gets you tapped into a true Christian community, and it may very well be one of the best parts of your college experience. This is more than simply bunking together in a dorm; it’s about building community and doing life together.

Housing Process
After being accepted to Warner University and signing up for Royal Registration the next steps are to complete the Housing Survey, fill out your FAFSA and submit your confirmation payment. This will secure you a room in one of our Residence Halls (if you are an on-campus student.) After you have achieved Royal Clearance, you will be placed in a specific room. If you have any questions about the housing process, residential living, or your roommates, please reach out to the Residence Life Team by email at studenthousing@warner.edu.

What is a Housing Survey?
The Housing Survey is a form that students fill out to let us know their housing preferences. Please make note that housing preferences are based on a first-come-first-serve basis and are subject to change at the discretion of the Residence Life Team. Our goal is to create a safe, healthy living environment for all students and we have YOU in mind. We look forward to getting to know you better through your Housing Survey!

Where do I get my student ID # and password to log in to ROAR?
To log into ROAR for the first time, you will use your social security number, in the indicated line for your social, and for your password, you will also use your full social security number. When you log in for the first time, you will be given the opportunity to change your password. If you have changed your password and can’t remember it, please reach out to our Registrar’s office for assistance at registrar@warner.edu. To find out your 7 digit ID #, you can look on your schedule, transcripts, or billing page once logged in to ROAR and it will be at the top with your name.

Meal Plans
All incoming residential students are required to be on our 19-meal plan. If you’re a returning student, transfer student, or a Holland Hall resident and would like to have a different meal plan, please submit a Meal Plan Adjustment Form. At a minimum, Holland residents may choose the 7 meal plan. Commuting students have the option of purchasing a meal plan, or they may purchase a 10-pack of meals through Creative Dining. ALL meal plan adjustments must be completed by the third week of classes.
