Testing Services

The ASC provides testing services for students with special needs such as additional time or a quiet testing environment, well as make-up testing for all instruction.

Faculty may deliver materials either in person or electronically. All tests MUST be accompanied by a set of instructions. If instructors do not provide instructions for things such as calculator use, notes, etc., the student will not be allowed to utilize these items during the test. Instructors are asked to complete the appropriate proctoring form when requesting these services. Click here to download the Testing Center Proctoring Form.

Testing Procedure for Students

• The student may bring his/her own exam to the ASC; however, we will not proctor a loose exam. If you bring an exam to the Testing Center, the exam and proctoring instructions must be in a sealed WSC envelope.


• We cannot proctor an exam without proctoring instructions.


• Cell phones may not be used as calculators or clocks. Cell phones must be turned off.


• Testers cannot visit with friends, ASC staff, or other students while taking an exam.


• Testers should give themselves enough time to finish their exams in one sitting. Students cannot start an exam, partially complete it, and then return another time to finish the exam unless the professor gives permission to do so.


• And of course…NO CHEATING.
