Tuition & Fees

Undergraduate Tuition and Fees

While cost is often a major determining factor in choosing a university, the choice to attend a Christian university that offers an environment based on Christian values and morals, as well as peer and faculty support, is a choice that could positively affect a student for many years to come. The benefits of attending a faith-based university, where you can grow spiritually as well as academically, may be one of the most important decisions you will ever make.

Some type of financial aid is received by 100% of Warner University students. Tuition assistance can also come in the form of student loans and work opportunities.

Costs detailed below do not include financial aid, which often greatly reduces the total cost.

A Letter from Dr. Hoag Regarding 2024-2025 Tuition and Fees Changes

Dear Warner University students and parents,

We are thankful for a great year we have just had at Warner and we look forward to next year. As we continue to navigate the ever-changing landscape of higher education, I am writing to share some important news regarding tuition and fees for the upcoming academic year.

Due to various factors, including rising operational costs and the ongoing commitment to enhancing our academic programs and student support services, we find it necessary to implement a modest increase in tuition and fees for the next academic year. While we understand that any increase can pose challenges for our students and their families, we want to assure you that this decision was made after careful consideration and with the best interests of our university community in mind.

Despite this adjustment, I want to emphasize that Warner University remains committed to providing an exceptional Christian educational experience at an affordable price. Even with the increase, we are proud to say that we continue to offer one of the best values for private education in Florida. Our dedicated faculty, innovative programs, and supportive learning environment set us apart, and we are confident that the investment in a Warner University education will continue to yield lifelong dividends for our students.

We understand that financial considerations are a significant factor in the college decision-making process, and we want to assure you that we are here to support you every step of the way. Our financial aid office is available to assist you in exploring scholarship opportunities, grants, and other forms of financial assistance to help make your Warner University education accessible and affordable.  In addition, we have allocated more than $500,000 for student scholarships next year.  We are also committed to maintaining open lines of communication with our students and parents throughout this process. Our student financial services team is always available to assist you with any concerns or inquiries you may have.  To find out if you qualify for additional scholarship dollars, please reach out to your academic advisor or coach. We also will be implementing a 12-month payment plan option to help make Warner more affordable.

In closing, I want to thank you for your continued support and understanding as we work together to ensure the continued success and growth of Warner University. We remain dedicated to providing a high-quality, affordable christian education that prepares our students for success in their chosen fields and in life. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the tuition and fees increase, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Thank you once again for your understanding and cooperation.  We look forward to what God has in store for us next year at Warner.

God Bless,

David A. Hoag, Ph.D.

President

FAQs for 2024-2025 Tuition and Fees Changes

Q: Is the “sticker price” what it actually costs to attend Warner University?

A: No, every student will receive some type of scholarship support.  Scholarships can be for academics, financial need, special programs or majors, and athletics.  We work with all families to make Warner as affordable as possible.

Q: Do I have to pay my bill all at one time?

A: No, you can set up a payment plan to spread your payments out over the fiscal or academic year.

Q: Why is there an overall increase in tuition, housing and food costs?

A: While we understand that any increase in expenses can be challenging, we believe that these positive additions and improvements will ultimately contribute to a more vibrant, inclusive, and fulfilling community for everyone. Even with the increase in prices, Warner University remains the best value for private education in Florida. Our total cost remains lower than most other Florida private schools.  We are striving to make the net effect of the price increase as minimal as possible.

Q: Will there be any enhancements with my meal plan?

A: We are delighted to introduce a new incentive for students who opt for the gold meal plan. Starting Fall 2024, all students who choose the gold meal plan will receive $200 Royal Bucks, which can be used for dining purchases in the Union. This addition aims to provide greater flexibility and convenience, ensuring that our students have access to nutritious meals and other essential amenities without any financial strain.

Q: Regarding safety, will there be any upgrades?

A: As part of our ongoing commitment to creating a safe and innovative campus environment, we continue to invest in security-related upgrades and technology. These include the addition of additional security cameras across campus including one with the ability to scan and process license plates. This new camera will also be connected to local law enforcement personnel who can be alerted in real-time if an unwanted vehicle attempts to access campus.

We continue to utilize the WarnerShield App (available for download at the Apple or Google app stores). This Warner-branded app allows students and employees to immediately call for help in case of an emergency. It also allows students to report security and safety-related issues through the app. This app also provides users with weather and community-related emergency notifications.

We are also enhancing software systems that will improve the student experience in two ways:

1) We are rolling out a new payroll system that will allow student employees more access to their time and payroll information.

2) We are working on an improved work-order ticketing system that will allow designated personnel easier access to report and track any facilities-related issues on campus.

Q: Why did food and housing increase?

A: We understand that changes in tuition and room and board costs can raise concerns, and we want to assure you that these adjustments are made with careful consideration and a focus on enhancing your overall experience. As food and living costs continue to rise, we find it necessary to make adjustments to our rates. Please know that we remain dedicated to providing the highest quality education and resources to empower every individual within our community to reach their fullest potential.
